01Who we are

The Canadian Academy of English ("the Academy", "we", "us") provides online English language enrichment courses, tutoring, and related learning resources to students and adult learners. Our courses are delivered online and are not a substitute for, or accredited equivalent of, a national school curriculum or diploma.

02Enrolling in a course

To enroll, you submit a booking request through our website and complete payment. A place is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment. Until then, your request is a reservation and not a guarantee of a seat.

  • Courses have limited capacity and are offered on a first-confirmed basis.
  • If a course does not reach minimum enrollment, we may postpone it and will offer you a transfer or a full refund.
  • Course dates, syllabus details, and platform access are described on the course page at the time of booking.

03Payment

Fees are quoted in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are payable in full before access is granted, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are currently accepted by InstaPay transfer.

  • You must include the reference code shown at checkout in your transfer note so we can match your payment to your account.
  • We verify transfers manually and aim to confirm within one business day.
  • Prices may change for future terms, but never for a course you have already paid for.
